Visit Nagliai nature reserve, one of the most impressive landscape elements on the Spit, sometimes even called Curonian Desert. Enjoy a hike in the tranquility and solitude of the Curonian Spit, the UNESCO World Heritage. Here lie some of the highest drifting dunes and the paths takes you to the Dead Dunes that hide 4 villages covered by sand and offer spectacular panorama of sand and the sea.
Drive to the forest and see one of the largest cormorant nesting places in Europe. Come to the fishermen village and learn about Lutheran church with its pastor and then visit weathervane gallery. Before coming back to Klaipeda enjoy a glass of local beer and freshly smoked fish in a family restaurant on the shore of the Curonian Lagoon.

I really enjoyed a unique hike through UNESCO World Heritage Site and a pleasant stop in a quant fishermen village.
